One address, and what to put in it
There is no ticket system and no form to fill in. Write to hi@gettextly.app and you reach the people who build Textly. What follows is only there so the answer can come in one reply instead of five.
A payout that has not arrived
Include the amount, the day you requested it, what the wallet shows for it and the phone number the balance belongs to. If you already opened the link, add the route you chose there. "My payout of €7.50 has said Being prepared since Tuesday, +33 6 xx xx xx xx" can be looked up. "It does not work" cannot.
A bug or a crash
Include your device model, your Android version, the Textly version from the app's settings, and what you were doing when it happened. If you can reproduce it, the steps are worth more than a description. Screenshots help; please blur the message content first, because we would rather not see it.
A channel that stopped working
Say which one and what it does now: nothing arrives, nothing sends, or it asks to be connected again. Connecting channels covers what each service needs and what to check first; if that page does not solve it, the mail should say what you already tried.
Your data
Textly holds no account and no copy of your messages, so there is usually nothing for us to export or delete. A request under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR is answered with confirmation of exactly that, and with whatever we do hold, which for the membership is the phone number a payout goes to. Write to the same address; the privacy policy sets out the detail.
A security finding
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, or anything that contradicts our claim that nothing leaves your device, write to the same address and give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing.
How fast
We aim to answer within five business days. A payout question that arrives with the details above is usually faster than that.
