One question, inside a conversation.

Textly is a messenger that pays its members for answering short polls. Your question arrives in the chat they are already in, gets answered in a tap, and leaves. No panel to join, no ten-minute questionnaire, no screen-out after eight minutes of somebody's evening.

How it works

Three things, and nothing else.

  • You send us the question and the audience you want it answered by
  • It is delivered into the app as a card in the conversation list, not as an ad
  • You get the answers, and the member gets paid for each one

Members are paid per answer rather than per completed questionnaire, which is why the questions are short and why the drop-off that panels live with does not arise.

Who answers

People using their own messenger.

Textly members set the app as the one their messages arrive in. That is the whole qualification: they are reachable because they are already there, and each answer is tied to a verified phone number rather than to an account somebody made to farm surveys.

  • One verified phone number, one voice, on the device it belongs to
  • Answered in the moment the question arrives, not in a batch at the end of a month
  • No profile built from the content of anybody’s messages; the app cannot read them and neither can we
Where it runs

France, Spain and Italy.

Three markets, and all three are new. We would rather tell you that than imply a panel with years behind it: what we can put in front of your question today is a young audience in those countries, growing from zero rather than migrated from somewhere else.

If your study needs a market we are not in, say so in the mail. It is useful to know where the demand is, and we will tell you honestly whether we can get there in time for your fieldwork.

Talk to us

Tell us the question you want answered.

Write to hi@gettextly.app with the question, the market, roughly how many answers you need and by when. You get a person, a price and an honest answer about whether our reach fits what you are asking.
